This operation can only be performed by Administrators. To move assessments (or other types of forms) for a trainee, admins must complete the following steps:
- Go to the "ePortfolio Admin - Administer Users" section.
- Search for the trainee (based on name, location, etc.) and select them by clicking on their name.
- Choose the grey "Move Form" tab on the left hand side of the screen. By default, the "Personal Details" tab will be selected. The "Move Form" tab is the last tab available.
- Select the Source post. This is the rotation or post the form is currently in.
- Choose the assessment (or other type of form) that needs to be moved.
- Select the Destination post. This is the rotation or post that the form should be located in.
- Confirm the move by selecting "Finish".
