I am having problems getting the App to work on my mobile device

There are 3 things to check if you are having difficulties using the NHS ePortfolio app:

  1. Ensure that your ePortfolio post dates are current
  2. Ensure that your phone's memory is not full
  3. Ensure that you phone's web browser is not set to "Private browser" mode
