What will happen if a user forgets their Username or Password?


Users can click ‘Request Forgotten Password’ on the login page and password reset details will be sent to their e-mail address as long as this has been recorded in their ePortfolio profile.  If you no longer have access to the e-mail address recorded on the system you will need to contact your local Administrator.


Alternatively, Administrators can find a trainee in the "Administer Users" section of ePortfolio and their username is displayed here. Administrators can also request that a password be reset.
